Voting Rights

2020 Voting Rights /GOTV

Urban Core Collective (UCC)

This campaign was a partnership between UCC, ACLU of Michigan, and The Movement Voter Project. This was a multi-approach campaign that included videos, blogs, op-ed’s, newsletters, billboards, internal and external bus ads, and social media. The campaign also relied on some in-person activities and events (tabling, canvassing, and other relational organizing tactics). In 2020, there was a push to take the organizing online, because of the onset Covid-19 Pandemic. The approach for this campaign was to hear and see from your neighbors, in order to create an online relational organizing presence.

I managed relationships with several vendors and contractors, and my role in this project was graphic design, creative direction, communications strategy, and project management.
